A lovely self-contained double bedroom Coach House spread over 2 floors.
Upper level comprises of a double bedroom with dual aspect windows, 2 slim wardrobes and chest of drawers. Colour television with freeview and hairdryer.

Bathroom with shower over bath, wash-basin, vanity mirror and heated towel rail. SEPARATE toilet with small wash basin and heated towel rail.

Lower level comprises of a galley style kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster and a variety of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans. The kitchen leads into a lounge with 3 seater sofa, a small dining table and 2 chairs, colour television with freeview, DVD player and a Cd/tape player. There are french doors on one side overlooking our garden and a window on the opposite wall.

The entrance to the Coach House is at ground level and takes you midway between the upper and lower floors so you take 4/5 steps down to the kitchen and lounge and 5/6 steps up to the bedroom and bathroom facilities.
